There’s evidence that people who maintain a regular gratitude practice do better, both psychologically and healthwise. Gratitude even boosts your immune system. If this were a paid article I’d obviously put in all the links to back up those sweeping statements, but, thanks to the likes of Google, you’ll be able to find all the evidential shizzle yourself – should you wish.
